Even though shes only 15, she's with this guy for the same reason women who are 40 stay. She thinks she loves him! Im sure she has feelings for him, and by him telling her he'll kill himself if she leaves makes her feel more responsible. A 15 year old should'nt go through that. You need to talk to him and let him know that your stepdaughter will not be talking to him anymore, and he needs to find someone new because she's moved on. Then cut off her ability to talk to him. She'll move on like girls her age do, and years from now be glad that you helped her see a bad situation. Living with him at one point, only makes her feel more resposible for him now, Make sure she knows that the things he's saying are words. If this dosnt help threaten him with telling the police. Good luck
