Thank you so much for your advice. I felt as if I was such a bad mom because I didn't want to take him out the house, until it cleared up. Everyone tells me it's because people are kissing him in the face, but I don't think so. I will use the towel with no soap until it clears. No he doesn't have cradle cap, so that's one less worry. He does have bad gas and he he seems to be constipated. But that's it.
