i had to have surgery for endometriosis also...about 9.5 years ago...i tried to get pregnant for quite a while...i had alot of scar tissue...but they were able to remove most through lap. surgery...i then went on clomid to help w/ovulation after three month's of clomid i conceived...now i have a 17mth old daughter...i am now once again on clomid hopeing to have another baby...your boyfriend can be tested to see if he is able to have children...that is relatively less exspensive than to have you go through all of your testing first...if he is fine..then check with you doctor maybe you just need a little boost with ovulation...clomid work's great and there's very very minimal chance of conceiving more than one. i hope this may have helped you.........
